Workplace inclusion spurs innovation

A work environment where all individuals have equal access to opportunities and resources creates a new breed of business. Where other companies strive for equity, your business can focus on the bigger picture. Where other companies keep producing the same results, yours can push the boundaries. Envision's Workforce Innovation Center can help get you there.

Audit the accessibility of your workplace

With a significant rise in ADA lawsuits in public spaces, workplace accessibility is a relevant topic. Ensuring your workplace is accessible for anyone with a disability not only protects you from litigation, but also makes the environment better for all your employees. In fact, many improvements made to support people with disabilities also typically improve the experience of someone who is typically abled.

Workplace evaluation

We examine every aspect of a prospective employee’s engagement with your organization, from the physical to the digital environments. Our accessibility and usability experts provide a unique perspective because they are blind or visually impaired themselves. By using assistive technology every day, they can provide a first-hand account of how someone using this technology interacts with your organization.

Examples include:
  • Job postings
  • Application process
  • Interview process
  • Onboarding
  • Workstation or office
  • IT systems and software
  • Physical facility
  • Documents and forms
