People with disabilities are one of the largest minority groups in the U.S. Approximately 61 million adults live with a disability (26% of our population; or 1 in every 4 adults).
There are now more job openings in the U.S. than workers. Because the landscape of employment is changing, professional careers are the future, but most career sites are not accessible for qualified disabled candidates to apply to jobs.
